Go to a home or hardware store and ask them for a tile and grout cleaner. Make sure it says for ceramic tile. There are some other home remedies that claim to work, but I have never had any luck with anything other than using the product designed for that purpose.

i tried EVERYTHING to clean mine, & came across this "barkeepers friend" OMG it works so freakin good! our sink faucets are pretty old, & i used BKF on them & they look brand new! it cleans anything, porcelain sinks, tile, faucets youname it! best thing is, its less than $2.00! i got mine @ the grocery store, & its in a can-good luck!

Use MELALEUCA "Tubs and Tiles", cheap n effective. Specially to clean ceramic tiles. $10.50 only, moreover, it is made from natural ingredients.
